Qwantum Secure Cards

Qwantum Secure Cards are physical credentials from MagTek's Qwantum Media division that serve as uncloneable authentication tokens for high-security applications. These cards contain no PAN, PII, or other sensitive data, making them inherently privacy-safe while generating a unique and dynamic Qwantum Authentication Code (QAC) each time they are swiped through a MagTek Qwantum-enabled reader. The QAC, combined with AES-256 encryption and CMAC authentication, ensures that fraudulent copies are impossible and that each transaction is securely verified in real time. Qwantum Secure Cards are available in various shapes and materials and can be used for physical access control, logical access to systems and websites, loyalty and coupon programs, closed-loop payments, identity verification, and as part of the Qwantum Private Messaging service for encrypting and decrypting sensitive data. When paired with the Qwantum ASIC, these cards provide a tamper-resistant authentication layer that works across both magnetic stripe and digital environments.
