# Card Readers

MagTek secure card reader authenticators (SCRAs) encrypt cardholder data at the point of swipe, dip, or tap so it never reaches your application in the clear. This section groups marketing materials for MagTek's current card readers by family, including MagneSafe V5 SCRAs and magnetic stripe readers.
