Request PIN with Host Supplied Account Data	This command directs the device to prompt the cardholder to enter a PIN when a card is not present or is not presented.
Request PIN with Card Supplied Account Data	This command directs the device to prompt the cardholder to present their card by swiping, dipping or tapping, and to enter a PIN.
