Transaction Notifications

The0x01nn Transaction Update notifications report progress and state changes that occur during a transaction. Its Notification Detail carries a Payment Technology (PT), a Reason (Rsn), and Detail (Det) and Extra (Ext) fields whose meaning depends on the reason.
