0x2001 - Request PIN with Host Supplied Account Data	This command directs the device to prompt the cardholder to enter a PIN when a card is not present or is not presented.
0x2002 - Request PIN with Card Supplied Account Data	This command directs the device to prompt the cardholder to present their card by swiping, dipping or tapping, and to enter a PIN.
